Meet Vicki

Hello there! I'm Vicki, and I'm thrilled to have you visit my website. As a wife and mother of three, family is at the heart of everything I do. But I'm also a dedicated finance professional on a mission to empower women in their business finances.

My journey started as a stay-at-home mom, where I discovered my fascination with business and numbers. This obsession led me to become a bookkeeper and eventually earn a finance degree. Alongside my husband, we built a thriving dental practice from the ground up, gaining invaluable business experience, from cash flow management to HR and bookkeeping.

My financial journey continued when I became a certified life coach in 2019 to enhance my leadership skills and self-understanding. This journey sparked my passion for discussing the transformative power of money and financial independence.

​

Fast forward to 2020, which brought new challenges due to the pandemic. Then, I decided to find a better way to manage our business cash flow. After successfully running the dental office for 11 years, my husband and I decided to sell and explore new horizons.

​

During this transition, I continued to coach individuals and business owners while developing my unique cash flow management method. Today, I'm dedicated to empowering women through cash flow management services, including forecasting, to ensure financial success. Leveraging my expertise in business finances, I help make informed financial decisions and create effective strategies that drive business growth.

My background as a certified life coach and dental practice administrator has equipped me with skills in cash flow management, financial record-keeping, and streamlining processes. Having assisted numerous small business owners with cash flow management and profitability, I've witnessed them scale their businesses effectively.

In addition to my financial background, I am proud to be the CFO of the Thriving Women Network, where I oversee financial matters, ensuring that we thrive in every way.

​

I'm also excited to share that I am a co-host of the Financial Freedom Show on the Thriving Women Network. In this role, I have the privilege of sharing my obsession with numbers by discussing critical financial topics and providing valuable insights to our audience.

​

When I'm not helping business owners with their finances and mindset, you can find me enjoying the great outdoors. Skiing, hiking, and riding my e-bike are some of my favorite activities, and I make time for them whenever possible. Recently, I relocated to Saipan, where I can fully embrace my love for all things ocean-related and make frequent trips to the beach.
